Lost my member, But friend kept theres? Empty Lost my member, But friend kept theres?

Ok, so I logged on. I was ranked as Regular. My friend, Rachael(Bobsburgers777) kept hers. We have both been playing the same amount of time on the newblock Minecraft server. Just wandering why I lost it.
