Rank perks

Ok, these are the ranks and the perks that come with them

User: you get to play on our server
Regular: we know you and are less likely to ban you straight away if you do something wrong, as of yet this rank has no perks
Veteran: highest rank available, this rank is very hard to get
Creative: this rank is a bit odd, it has the same perks as trusted but this rank is for the more serious builders
Moderator: this rank has access to a variety of commands to help other players, such as region define and drain
Administrator: this rank has every command available to anyone but the owner, world edit is one of them
Co-Owner: this guy is minecraftdj and this rank is un-obtainable, but he can do everything
Owner: this guy is neateshot, he ate a Burning Titans FACE.
